CBS NEWS JUST REPORTS(6:p.m. this evening on April 25th,07) Just earlier tonight that DYFS IS BEING SUED AGAIN BY A WOMAN REGARDING HER DAUGHTER IN HER CASE........SHE JUST FILED HER LAWSUIT AND CBS NEWS STATES AS USUAL DYFS HAS "NO COMMENT"......NO Surprise there everyone.

but we KNOW THEY VIOLATED HER RIGHTS as her child's constitutional rights.DYFS CPS AGENCIES ARE Good at that...

children have standing to sue for their removal after they reach the age of majority. Parentsalso have legal standing to sue if DYFS-CPS violated their 4th & 14th Amendment rights. 	i delivered this beautiful homemade baked gift to my little girls elementary school (COOK SCHOOL)i was told that is the school they were last at and since i have NO PROOF of this i AM still taking a chance to send to her school. it is for her and her older sister ceecee's halloween,since ceecee is born ON HALLOWEEN.i do miss her birthdays,we always had great times,wonderful family birthdays as they would 1st go trick or treat THEN we would come home and sing "HAPPY B DAY TO Ceecee". i miss all of that and i know they are missing that too. i know they love me and i love them and that is my strength,the knowledge of this that enables me to continue FIGHTING THE SYSTEM,CORRUPT DYFS AND JUDGE DANIELS IN NEW JERSEY to see to bring them home.
