NOW BELOW PLEASE READ THE NEW LAW SIGNED BY PRES. BUSH DURING THE SAME EXACT YEAR DYFS TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES IN NEW JERSEY TO CONTINUALLY "IGNORE THIS LAW"AND MANY OTHERS AND VIOLATE MY AND MY CHILDREN CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS....

SAME YEAR ACTUALLY only 1 week  "AFTER THIS LAW"WAS SIGNED IN 2003             

 I WAS BEING ACCUSED OF THIS HORRIFIC CRIME OF ABUSE AGAINST MY DAUGHTER,never even being told about the allegation AS THIS NEW LAW IN 2003 SAYS US AS THE "PARENT"MUST BE TOLD OF THIS. i was not told anything about the ALLEGATION AT THE TIME THEY WERE ILLEGALLY SPEAKING TO MY CHILDREN. DYFS JUST IGNORED what this FAMILIES SAFE ACT is all about,just did things as USUAL IN NEW JERSEY "THEIR OWN WAY",and this must PRECLUDE as i was being charged with abusing my daughter,when i only spank her LIGHTLY and there was NO ABUSE,THAT IS NOT ABUSE,not even close,but yet judge who is NOW NO LONGER ON MY CASE THANK GOD,after 2 appeals,as he was the judge who says i used in HIS WORDS:

(Using excessive corporal punishment)in other words judge william daniel "NOW"removed off of my case, i was told that i spanked my daughter "too hard"as many say, as i did no such thing,there was just OVERZEALOUS      SOCIAL Workers who did the TOTAL OPPOSITE of what PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH speaks about below,so please read everyone.see if your most likely BEING VIOLATED TOO,AS I AM.and i intend to sue any day now.

* The SAME YEAR OUR PRESIDENT Is signing this bill titled "KEEPING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES SAFE ACT OF 03"they were doing the TOTAL opposite as i was  NOT TOLD ABOUT "ANY"Investigation taken place about abusing my child until 9 days later when i contacted my ex spouse kevin to find out "where were my girls",why werent they returnt home after the wknd.

DYFS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MALICIOUS ACTIONS,in my case since the inception of it july 3rd,03 they have violated my rights.....

President Bush Signs 'Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003'
President Bush, yesterday, signed the Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of
2003 (S.342). The new law will help protect innocent families against overly
intrusive social workers.

 "Over the years thousands of  families have
been victimized by social workers operating on nothing more than a tip from an
unknown stranger," said Michael Farris, General Counsel for Home School Legal
Defense Association (HSLDA). Michael Farris joined President Bush along with
Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson, Senator Judd Gregg, House
Majority Leader Tom Delay and Representatives Boehner and Hoekstra for the
signing ceremony, which was held in the Oval Office.

President George W. Bush signs S. 342, the Keeping Children and Families Safe
Act of 2003, in the Oval Office Wednesday, June 25, 2003. The act reauthorizes
the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program and other related programs.

The Keeping Children and Families Safe Act reauthorizes and modifies the Child
Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) and related law. These programs
generally support activities to prevent and treat child abuse and family
violence. In his statement the signing President Bush said,

"I commend Congress
for passing the Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003 and am pleased
to sign it into law. The Act will allow us to strengthen state and
community-based programs that prevent child abuse and family violence and treat  victims."
HSLDA believes those who abuse children should be severely punished. Yet in its
20-year history, HSLDA has handled thousands of cases arising from anonymous tips & estranged ex family members  made to social workers concerning the conduct of  family members & also homeschooling. 
These tips, often supplied by those holding a grudge against ex family members and or  home education,
are often investigated too aggressively. Social workers frequently demand to
inspect the bodies of homeschool children or to interview very young children
outside the presence of their parents.

"Such aggressiveness, in a system which presumes guilt, can result in needless
pain and anxiety for families," said Farris.
HSLDA championed three new changes in S.342.

 First, "social workers will now be  required" to tell families the nature of the accusations against them at their
first contact.

 With this information, families will be able to legally
challenge the social worker and demand that a warrant be obtained before
interviews or investigations are conducted.

"Since warrants can only" issue from
a judge on the basis of probable cause, overzealous cases can now be
efficiently weeded out.

The second provision will require that social workers be provided with
additional training in the constitutional rights of citizens.

 "CPS Social workers"
will be advised that the Constitution protects citizens against unreasonable
searches and seizures. The third pertains to citizen advisory boards which can
hear complaints against overly aggressive social workers.

In November 2001, HSLDA Senior Counsel, Chris Klicka, testified before the
House Committee on Education and the Workforce Subcommittee on Select Education
about this legislation. His testimony was influential in convincing the
subcommittee to add these significant amendments to the bill.

"With these provisions clearly showing the intent of Congress, families in all
50 states will have more protection from overly aggressive social workers,"
said Klicka. "This is a breakthrough for parents' rights and will enable HSLDA
to be better armed to defend members families."

  Many HAVE SUED AND WON rightfully so.( as  soon to be shown on this website) as in this case the courts and FAIR JUDGES  are saying that this MUST BE a sign TOALL CPS AGENCIES  as my case relates to this woman's case who just WON A 4.9 million FAIR Judgement FOR THIS GOOD MOTHER as  she has her kids back with joint custody finally as her girls (2)are teens now been fighting since 02 for her girls as she wont her judgement for this amount from CPS "SEEING What was going on"but did nothing....they erred severely as in my case as well. i intend to sue very VERY shortly......
