Today is
mother's day,the 4th one without my beautiful girls.but i do not and shall not falter with my fight to
receive JUSTICE for them and myself regarding our
constitutional rights as mother and child, as i know today my
girls are in pain without me but also THINKING of me as i know many of my hundreds of
supporters are continuing to provide prayer and good
wishes,well wishes for me and my girls as we are just about to

Sad part MOSTLY about today on mothers day 07 is that
2 people have my girls are who SERIOUSLY ENDANGERING THEIR YOUNG
LIVES with NO REMORSE for how they are LIVING THEIR NEGATIVE

they are living when

in south plainfield municipal court wating to go into the courtroom
to deal with his court hearings as i recall,and robbing
his own place of EMPLOYMENTS,
which finally led to his
incarceration/prison/jail time...
as he continues to put them in HARM'S
WAY,AND both HAVE A PAST that is STILL not being revealed
FULLY but
will be as i am on win from a reversal appeal in 07....
NOW,
less then one year of THESE TYPE OF
TROUBLED Indiviuals being awarded(kevin,the father) being giving
the great honor of having LEGAL/SOLE/FULL/Physical
custody,something ALL MEDIA I TALK TO/INTERVIEW & all
EXPERTS i confer with cant STILL believe HOW some one like KEVIN
SPENCER ever got custody,but since he did have legal custody(UNTIL
THIS YEAR)APPEAL TOOK IT BACK FROM this loser

BOTH MY GIRLS DAILY,as my child has been given a SERIOUS
INFRACTION as reported under these words as the school has
confirmed this not even 1 year after DYFS OF NEW JERSEY
"Rushed"these girls in his care she
COMMITTED ARSON......Not simply playing with a match
etc but it states ARSON?????
But yet they all want us to believe my girls are BETTER
off with KEVIN SPENCER AND JENNIFER MEDFORD?
Now right before this documents will show that while
in kevin spencer's care she has had NUMEROUS disciplinary
reports/trouble/FAILING most of her classes
REPEATEDLY for all the time she has been KEPT,and precluded
from being raised in her OWN home with her mother now for almost
four years....
while in her father's care,we have learned that the
GIRLFRIEND whose home MY GIRLS ARE IN AND WHO
DYFS OF NEW JERSEY FELT Was a safe place for them
they are GIVING MY Daughter who NEVER NEEDED ANY
TYPE OF ASPIRIN Before let alone MEDICATIONS,that
JENNIFER MEDFORD IS Administering my child 2 or 3
types of MEDICATIONS,such as AMBILIFY i think it is
called and TRILEPTAL,as BOTH OF THESE MY daughter
did not and DOES not need, as it is being used as a
MOOD STABILIZER but
WHY?
WHAT WOULD POSSESS A
"GOOD FATHER"In LESS than
1 YEAR GIVE HIS CHILD not one but a few medications
and NOT EVEN HIM SINCE WE KNOW JENNIFER IS THE
ONE Giving it to her REPORTED BY DYFS OF NEW JERSEY
in their VERY RECENT REPORTS,After conversating with
JENNIFER MEDFORD,now WOULDNT you think DYFS workers would "ASK
MANY QUESTIONS"SINCE it was

FULL LEGAL CUSTODY Awarded by judge william daniel
but yet A LITTLE GIRL ONLY AGE 13 or Maybe even before

avoid it IF necessary,but i guess it is EASIER
TO MANY OPINIONS TO"USE MEDS"on NEW JERSEY
and many children in DYFS
CARE,because it makes it
so much more EASIER TO DEAL
with the child.
but this will PRECLUDE,as i
know they are hurting my girls as DYFS KNOWS ALL ABOUT THIS FROM
JENNIFER MEDFORD,BUT NEGLECTS TO ASK"ALL obvious"questions to
ENSURE THE KIDS ARE DOING GOOD AND ARE SAFE FROM Harm,they NEGLECT
TO ASK THE DOCTOR'S NAME,GET THE DOC'S info GO QUESTION THIS DOCTOR
AS TO WHY SHE NEEDS ALL OF THIS MEDICATION AND SUCH HIGH DOSAGE
TOTALING 1,050 OR MORE MG A WEEK?
DYFS continues to neglect to
question EXTENSIVELY"what other treatments, have you ATTEMPTED TO
USE OTHER THAN Medicating such a VERY YOUNG LIL GIRL"Whose only
been in that house LEGALLY speaking his CUSTODY FOR UNDER 1 Year,(legal
custody)and WHY IS JENNIFER GIVING HER MEDS When she is of NO
relation to the child whatsoever,but as jennifer medford tells
DYFS: we are doing this because we need her "stabilized"?????but
yet KEVIN HOME IS "BEST"FOR THESE GIRLS who always been in my care
drug free alcohol
meds free for almost 11
years.................. YOU WOULD THINK DYFS WILL Extensively look
into all this.....
NOPE .DYFS DID NOTHING,JUST CONTINUES TO SAY THEY ARE DOING
WELL,even went to court 10 DAYS AFTER MY DAUGHTER,"WAS BEING
TREATED"AND "hospitalized"DYFS SEEN JUDGE DANIEL MYSELF ATTORNEY
KARIN MORGEN,AND TRANSCRIPTS WILL REVEAL that kevin's attorney
MICHAEL MAGARIL AND DYFS DAD CHRIS ARNOLD ARE
Acknowledging NOTHING ABOUT HOW BAD MY GIRLS ARE DOING,WHEN
SHE WAS"JUST Admitted"for hospital care/treatment etc 9 or 10 days
PRIOR,they stand there LIEING/TALKING ABOUT"WHAT IS PARAMOUNT Is
the child's welfare etc and placement etc"which is with KEVIN
SPENCER AND JENNIFER'S HOUSE BUT YET NEGLECT TO MENTION ALL OF WHAT
