As, dyfs was so quick to KIDNAP MY GIRLS WHILE ON"WEEKEND VISIT"TO GRANDMOTHER HOME,"not"from MY OWN HOME,but continue to NOT PROPERLY INVESTIGATE where as they are "really"being abused in sexual offender/alcoholic/former heroine addict ex con house in plainfield,new jersey.......

but they will NOT remove them from a ex HEROINE JUNKIE SYRINGE USER CRACKHEAD AND EX CON KEVIN SPENCER,WHOSE ENDANGERED THEM REPEATEDLY AS RECORDS SHALL REVEAL,EDUCATIONAL WISE,PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY....

THIS LOVING MOTHER WHO LIGHTLY SPANK HER DAUGHTER "1"time LIGHTLY with

 NO METAL HANGER AS DYFS HAS CLAIMED, 

without abusing her gets a life sentence of not KNOWING if her girls are dead or alive.

but this ALL is about to change finally...

TAKE BACK YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS,AS I Am about to and hold "each worker"supervisor and your county and state and those who defamed your name since the inception of your case FULLY RESPONSIBLE AS MY GIRLS ARE NOW TRYING TO KILL THEMSELVES,AT LEAST"ONE"these two beautiful girls above, all courtesy of DYFS OF NEW JERSEY FAILING TO PROTECT them.

if you are waiting almost 24 hours to get  help for a "so called"INJURED LITTLE GIRL, a girl whose allegedly been so badly and "severely beaten by METAL Object"(hanger) would have showed,been clear to ANY REASONABLE SOCIAL/Caseworker that the child(ren)was NOT abused,and was not in imminent danger as  stated repeatedly by dyfs....

ANY REASONABLE SOCIAL WORKER would have known that a "metal object striking a child or anyone clearly would have

"left serious injuries" possibly broken bones even where child was "severely beaten"

but DYFS STILL BASED ON "ONE SIDED INFORMATION"STILL Proceeded and illegally  REMOVED  the girls on weekend visit without even coming to see/confer with the "alleged"abuser, they took these girls without merit,without cause and most of all without VERIFYING Anything,just took the words of:

1.alcoholic jennifer medford

2.ex crackhead heroine addicted spouse kevin,my ex husband.

3.catherine spencer roberts,who has a HISTORY of wanting MY BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS,all on record at courthouse in Eliz,N.J.

4. took "medical documents without verifying them with actual" doctor"who allegedly WROTE EACH WORD On each report,        

but does not call this case in as required under new jersey law.

5.Never ask me one time"what happened to your daughter,because "these troubling people"are stating you beat your child with METAL OBJECT/HANGER AND PUT BRUISES ON HER BACK AND LEG?

6. DYFS OF UNION COUNTY NEW JERSEY SAYS ON THE STAND,DAUGHTER HAD"imprint on her legs?"

*but yet doctor report never states this.

7. DYFS of union county states,"CHILD HAS 2 ROUND WELTS ON HER LOWER LEFT LEG and back area grandma reports?

but yet the police who seen my child says TOTALLY DIFFERENT,says child is fine no need for MEDICAL ATTENTION.

8.DYFS SITS DOWN With grandmother EVEN BEFORE SPEAKING TO ME,THE MOTHER in CLEAR violation of my rights.

9. DYFS SAYS,WE "SUBSTANTIATE CHILD ABUSE based on"all of the above?"

but yet NEVER MET THE DOCTOR NOT ONE TIME AND USED PAID FAMILY DOCTOR WHOSE FAMILIAR to grandma cathy.

10. DYFS STATES THAT child is just so "happy"and way better off with these type of losers,but yet my daughter is not well AND WE WILL PROVE ALL THAT IS BEING Said easily...

11. i shall go back soon for full legal sole custody as EVERYONE WILL BE CALLED TO TESTIFY  as DYFS AND ALL Involved shall be held accountable for the destruction and irreparable damage they are and have caused me and my girls,who did not deserve such malicious behavior from DYFS OF NEW JERSEY AND ALL INVOLVED.
